A BLEU POINT OF VIEW:
INDECISION '08
by Aisha Diaby
I am plagued by the rythmn of this harrowing election process.
As we prepare for Bush's must needed bow out, we must deal with Americas indecision '08. I was elated at the prospect of America finally lifting its pointy hood over its head and letting Obama stretch his feet out over the white house lawn.
I let myself get caught up in the pundit talk and curveballs of these so called analysts. Mislead into thinking we had finally found a democratic nominee until Hillary managed to kick her coffin door open, a few weeks back. Now we're left to go through a series of primaries and a shake off with the delegates. As if that wasnt bad enough, we have to deal with GOP style kung Fu attack antics from Democratic candidates.
All the while McCain gets to bask in a comfortable nomination, and he even gets a complimentary endorsement from Bush himself. The only problem McCain faces with that is that the American people arent sure they want to be taken back down into Bushs 9th cycle administration.
So whats next? Primaries in Guam? It looks like we're in for a ride ya'll. I mean is there anything more entertaining than this?
